Covid-19 wave pushes packaged, hygiene goods consumption back in focus

The daily rise in coronavirus (Covid-19) cases in India is steadily pushing up consumption of packaged foods, immunity and hygiene products, conversations with multiple fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies, grocery retailers and wholesalers reveal. The trend is expected to stay, going into May, as the daily caseload remains high.
