KUALA LUMPUR, April 21 — The police are investigating the possible suicide of an individual at the Suria KLCC shopping centre earlier this afternoon.

Dang Wangi district police chief ACP Mohd Zainal Abdullah said the authorities have been made aware of the incident.

“The police are currently at the scene, and the matter is being investigated,” he told Malay Mail.

The incident went viral on Twitter, with a photo shared of a crowd gathering around a body. Another photo showed the body of a man lying on the ground, taken from another floor, with another person bending over next to him.

It is understood the individual in question jumped from the third floor of the shopping centre, and died upon impact.
