Nkana intensify preparations for the new season


Record 13 time Zambia Super League Champions, Nkana have intensified their preparations for the 2021-2022 MTN Super League season.

Earlier this week Nkana confirmed the acquisition of nine new players with Chipolopolo Boys right back Kondwani Chiboni headlining the list.

Chiboni completed his switch from cross-town rivals Power Dynamos as earlier reported by the ZamFoot Crew.

Other noted names include goalkeeper Bradley Mweene who made his switch from Portuguese lower-tier side AD Sanjoanense, Shadrick Musonda who is making his return after a stint in Ndola with Buildcon.

They have also acquired the services of defender, Derick Mukombozi from Prison Leopards and former Lusaka Dynamos forward Tady Etekiama.

Nkana will start their season at home, Nkana Stadium this Sunday against Zambia Police sponsored outfit High Flying Nkwazi FC.

The players signed are;

Bradley Mweene joins from AD Sanjoanense (GoalKeeper, Portugal)

Fallo Manongo joins from Buildcon FC (Forward, Returning from a Loan spell)

Mathews Lungu joins from Chambishi FC (Forward)

Kondwani Chiboni joins from Power Dynamos FC (Defender)

Bob Chansa joins from Kansanshi Dynamos (Holding midfielder)

Shadreck Musonda joins from Buildcon FC (Forward)

Derick Mukombozi joins from Prison Leopards (Defender)

Nexala Mvula joins from Chambishi FC
(Defender)

Tady Agiti Etekiama joins from Lusaka Dynamos (Attacking Midfielder)
