PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia recorded 2,192 more Covid-19 infections on Monday (Feb 22), bringing total cases to 285,761, says the Health Ministry.
Six more people died due to the coronavirus, pushing Malaysia’s Covid-19 death toll to 1,062.
The country also discharged 3,414 Covid-19 patients, which means 252,623 people have recovered.
The number of people with active Covid-19 infections in Malaysia is now 32,076.
Currently, 199 patients are in intensive care, with 91 requiring ventilator support.
